Robert’s journey began with 18 years of service as a Drill Sergeant in the U.S. Army, where he mentored and trained over 2,000 soldiers. His leadership and influence left a lasting mark, not only in the military but also in every project he has overseen since. With a degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, Robert's ability to adapt and drive success is evident in everything he does.

Driven by an unrelenting passion for project leadership in both the Army and civilian worlds, Robert poured years of dedication into crafting what is now Hype Coffee. From humble beginnings to an unstoppable rise, Hype Coffee has become a powerhouse in the coffee industry, with growth that's as rapid as it is impressive.
